Stages of Design
Client Meet & Greet
Every project begins with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, and lifestyle. During this meeting we discuss the scope of the project, design preferences, budget expectations, and overall direction for the space.
Conceptual Design
Following the consultation, the design concept begins to take shape. This phase includes the development of mood boards, design inspiration, material direction, and the overall aesthetic vision for the project.
Site Evaluation
A walkthrough of the space allows us to evaluate the existing layout, architectural details, and opportunities within the environment. Measurements, notes, and observations are gathered to inform the design process.
Renderings / Technical Development
Once the concept is established, the design is further developed through space planning, floor plans, and renderings. These visual and technical tools help illustrate how the design will come together and allow clients to better understand the layout and spatial flow before implementation.
Sourcing and Budget Development
During this phase, furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes are carefully sourced and curated. Selections are finalized while solidifying the project budget to ensure the design vision aligns with both aesthetic and financial goals.
Installation
The final stage brings the design to life. Furniture, lighting, and accessories are installed and styled to create a completed space that reflects the original design vision and feels ready to be lived in.
